  3. Arranging Tainan Branch events (cultural/artistic events, academic/athletic events, etc.).
  4. Managing the Tainan Campus Library, including lending/returns; managing the gym.
  5. Issuing and managing receipts for external borrowing (including grounds fees and utilities).
  6. Receiving/issuing official emails, managing/updating the Tainan Branch website, managing and issue response system and making responses.  
  7. Meetings related to Tainan Branch.
  8. Alumni association events/contacts and assisting with event arrangements.
  9. Rentals for the Chimei Building’s International Meeting Center, meeting rooms, classrooms, eating spaces, outdoor spaces, etc.
  10. Management, data collation, and permit production for the vehicle license plate recognition system. 
  11. Other temporary duties as needed.
  1. Matters related to Tainan Branch asset management, write-offs, and maintenance/repairs.
  2. Management and repairs for Tainan Branch public spaces.
  3. Arranging rentals of Tainan Branch outdoor spaces.
  4. Management, upkeep, and repairs of Chimei Building audio and video intercom facilities.
  5. Upkeep and management of Chimei Building security surveillance system and entry system.
  6. Management and repair of official Tainan Branch vehicles; transport for visiting scholars and guests.
  7. Sending and receiving official letters and other mail between Tainan and Guangfu campuses.
  8. Parking management for vehicles on the Tainan campus and issuing tickets for violations.
  9. Management and upkeep for the Tainan campus’ Junyan Softball Diamond and basketball court.
  10. Other temporary duties as needed.
  1. Environmental, safety, and health management (including audits, environmental monitoring, education, and training).
  2. Management related to the National System for Jointly Preventing Toxic Chemical Accidents.
  3. Operations and management related to toxic chemicals and chemicals of special concern.
  4. Management of Tainan campus emergency response facilities.
  5. Special health exams and reporting for laboratories.
  6. Management of laboratory chemical waste (including disposal requests, removal/transport, disposal, and reporting).
  7. Environmental Protection Administration soil and groundwater pollution remediation and reporting.
  8. AED reporting, management, and training.
  9. Safety inspections/reporting, maintenance, repairs, and management of Tainan campus machinery, elevators, emergency facilities, and buildings.
  10. Communications between Tainan campus and the Construction and Maintenance Section; expense approval.
  11. Other temporary duties as needed.
  1. Operations, management, planning, implementation, inspection, and improvements to graduate student and scholar dormitories.
  2. Management of and quality improvements to dormitory facilities and services.
  3. Management and repairs for student dormitory and Scholar Center public facilities and equipment.
  4. Matters delegated by superiors, including construction, asset/service purchases, and oversight of contract fulfillment.
  5. Cost controls and reporting for student dorm and Scholar Center.
  6. Asset management for student dorm and Scholar Center.
  7. Accommodation arrangements and planning for student dorm and Scholar Center.
  8. Maintenance, repairs, and management of student dorm and Scholar Center machinery, elevators, and emergency facilities.
  9. Other temporary duties as needed.
  1. Seeking funding partners, producer move-in, contracts, and other affairs for the Gofar Industry-Academia Collaboration Platform.
  2. Space management for the Gofar Industry-Academia Collaboration Platform.
  3. Webpage updates and maintenance for the Gofar Industry-Academia Collaboration Platform.
  4. HPC Center server maintenance contracts and data room management/repairs.
  5. HPC Center (aiForge) account applications and management.
  6. Business related to the Gofar Foundation (including education and training).
  7. Managing anti-smoking measures on the Tainan campus (including audits and improvements).
  8. Other temporary duties as needed.
